Every year I create 3-4 new Easter cookie design for the season, this is one of my new once. It was a hit around the kids last weekend who were looking for Easter cookies already.
This in on gingerbread dough with royal icing, but you can make it with sugar cookie as well. The cutter is a simple Wilton Easter cookie Cutter, which has a lots of potential. 🙂 I did not want to decorate the egg a lot, so just added a little bit of grass green and some colored spots for flowers. The bunny is easy as well, just create the arms after the head is dry, so the icing wont run in. A little bit of brush stroke never hurts.
